Achieving Balance in the New Year

Happy New Year!

My goal for 2013 is to do what I can to achieve harmony and balance in my life.

An artist I admire, Corie Marie, created a blog post a few weeks ago on the Science of Self-Care.  It outlines 12 aspects of self-care such as eat healthy food, keep a journal, and hang out with an animal friend.  I will aim to consistently achieve each of the 12 items on this list throughout 2013.
